This quiz is intended to be helpful in determining if you should seek professional help but is not used as a comprehensive diagnosis of any sort or used to diagnose post-traumatic stress disorder.

It is not likely you suffer from PTSD; however, if you believe someone you know suffers from PTSD, we suggest you have them seek professional, specialized support.

New Directions for Women specializes in PTSD and addiction treatment for women, children and families. The majority of the women we serve at our facility suffer from trauma histories and/or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
