This depends on a number of factors, such as what substances are being used, and the amount and duration of use. Our doctor also takes into account the severity of your withdrawal symptoms. The average time in detox is 5-7 days.

NDFW offers round-the-clock healthcare staff on site. You will see a doctor within 24 hours of arrival and twice weekly thereafter, unless more visits are indicated.

There is a technology blackout period during detox and the first 5 days of residential treatment. After that, we have “tech time” Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:30-5:00 PM.

Typically, the average length of stay at each level of care after detox is approximately 4 weeks. The length of stay varies depending on several factors, which are best discussed by your admissions counselor and clinical team.

We allow certified service animals with certain requirements. Your admissions counselor can help you determine if your service animal will be a good fit at our program.

Yes, your sponsor can visit as long as they have been cleared by your clinical team and it has been scheduled.

Visitation is on Saturday mornings for approved visitors.

There will be a phone blackout period, but if you need to reach them, we can arrange a call.

We will email you a “What to Bring to Treatment” document that will answer any questions about items they’ll need here.

You can visit if it is approved and scheduled by the care team.

Yes, you can mail packages and mail to our Campus. Please note: all mail is searched by staff.

If you relapse, you will be required to transition to a higher level of care for observation/ detox.

Yes, the curfew is 10:00 PM on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends.

Bedding, towels and laundry soap are provided. The kitchen is stocked.

No, we prefer that you eat in designated dining areas.

We don’t allow visitors at our Sober Living houses, but you are welcome to leave with visitors.

We only provide transportation to and from programming.
