Yesterday, New Directions for Women representatives Victoria Herbert and Tania Bhattacharyya attended an addiction treatment networking event hosted at the home of REACH founders Carl and Barbara Mosen. REACH is an Orange County based non-profit that helps people find addiction treatment regardless of their financial situation. The event was well attended by many distinguished addiction treatment professionals. We were grateful for the chance to celebrate recovery and acknowledge the mission of helping people of all backgrounds find help treating the disease of addiction. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting with other like minded professionals who are passionate about recovery.
We too are keenly aware of the need for quality addiction treatment services for those who deserve care but cannot afford the full cost of treatment. Our Foundation aims to give out $500,000 in scholarship funding per year.
